By accessing or making a purchase from mgluxeph, you agree to the following:

1. Live Selling & Online Reservations: Items are available on a first-comment, first-claim basis. Inventory is limited and may change without notice.

2. Pricing & Promos: All prices are final unless stated otherwise. Promotional discounts are valid only during the promo period and cannot be retroactively applied.

3. Pasabuy System:
   • A 50% downpayment secures your item.
   • Full payment must be completed upon invoice to finalize your order.
   • Orders without full payment after the due date may be forfeited.

4. Shipping & Handling: All items are inspected before dispatch. Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer unless part of a free shipping promo.

5. No Refunds or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our business and product turnover, we do not allow refunds or item exchanges.

6. Store Credits: In rare cases where an item is unavailable after reservation, your downpayment will be converted into store credit valid for 60 days.

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who repeatedly cancel or violate store policies.
